The optical place is so much better than "America's Best!" Dr. Tran really cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what you need to know. Sales manager was super helpful with selecting frames and setting you up with your new glasses. Great first experience with them, and I will be back again when my next visit is due.
My first time at a target and it was a good experience, it did not disappoint. They had lots and lots of stock to choose from and I ended up getting quite a few bargains for my kids back to school bits and bobs.
It was a big store and I didn't have time to walk through it all but overall a good experience. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because alot of areas/items seemed cluttered and wasn't merchandised very well so it was visible and appealing to the eye.
Would definitely recommend target.
First let me say this was thanksgiving eve, when we all should be in good spirits about the holidays, however!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would, all due to one manger named DAKOTA!! He was very unprofessional and rude about an incident with a shipt over my friend was doing. With voices raised, he snatched the shopping cart from her and told us that he was not fixing to do this tonight with us…not knowing what he meant by saying that, I began to explaining to him our process and he told us how things went. However you could tell he was already heated and upset about something else when he approached us!! I have never be spoken to like this in a public place. I told him I was going to report him to corporate and he replied PLEASE DO SO! I asked for the number he continued to walk away from us and as i asked for the number again he came back and gave me the number, with so much attitude. I purchased other items for myself and asked the cashier who checked me out if he was usually like this, she replied he’s had a really bad day! By the way he handled this incident I could tell. He needs to be retrained on customer service and as a manger he did not handle this incident as one! I will not return to this store! He has poor delivery and embarrassed me and my friend. If you come across manger DAKOTA please ask to speak to another manger, because he dose not handle business well. Just discussing and dose not represent target well at all!!
Depending on what I need, I'll find myself in Target. The variety of items available makes Target a one-stop shop.
This is my first visit since the remodel and it's a lovely store. Nothing like a refresh to make the old new again.
Speaking of old... my old eyes needed some readers. I'm happy there's a fairly fashionable selection available.
I went shopping at Super Target market today, when I entered the market I found that the items on the shelves were quite enough. Today the market is on display for Christmas too, and there are plenty to choose from. The market is also quite neat and clean. I am satisfied with what I have seen today. Super Target tries to keep the market like this.
We went around 7pm to find athletic shorts, a top, and get a couple of groceries. The selection was great with lots of sizes. New items were east to find and had lots of choices in colors. The staff was very helpful in the fitting room area and at checkout.
Target is nice, big, quiet, clean, and has an amazing selection of products. I particularly enjoy their Capital One ATM, as it is the only Capital One ATM in the entirety of Arlington that allows you to make deposits. They have several amenities like water fountains, indoor/outdoor benches, clothing recycling, several restrooms, and good free Wi-Fi, to name a few. They also have parking lot security.
No checkers!!! 9;30 on a Thursday... I have 400$ of groceries and 50 checkouts with no checkers!! The self check out doesn't even have room to put your groceries so how do you empty a full basket!! Not to mention stockers blocking the ailes and don't care if you can get to stuff! I'm cutting up my red card!! I'll shop somewhere that wants my business!!
